1. Using Homie

👔 Business use only — Homie is not for consumers.

🎂 You must be of full legal age and provide us with accurate information.

✅ By using Homie, you agree to the terms (the full legal ones).

🚫 No illegal activities, hacking, or interfering with Homie.

2. Accounts & Security

🔑 You are responsible for your account and any actions taken with it.

🔒 Keep your login details safe and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

💳 Homie offers different subscription plans.

📆 Default subscription term is monthly (unless agreed otherwise).

🔄 Auto-renews unless you cancel at least 30 days before renewal.

❌ No refunds, even if you cancel early.

💰 If you added a credit card, we charge you automatically; otherwise, you will

receive an invoice.

4. Data & Privacy

🔐 We follow GDPR and take measures to protect your data.

📂 You own your data, but we process it to run the service.

🏢 We own the Homie platform, including the software and branding.

📜 Our Data Processing Addendum applies when we handle personal data for you.

🤝 We trust that our customers use Homie responsibly.

5. Service & Liability

⚠ The service is provided “as is” — we don’t guarantee it will always work perfectly.

🛡 If your use of Homie causes legal claims, you agree to protect us.

📉 We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. loss of profits).

🤕 Our maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

6. Other

🚦 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

⚖ These terms follow the laws of Finland.

🏛 Disputes will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki.

📢 We may update these terms and will give 30 days’ notice for major changes.
